The SDK ports canonical contracts and component behavior from the
Platform-Economics/Assumable-Loan-Marketplace repository (application clone at
dbdbdf446, read 2026-11-01) and from the Site source archive at
cc1949b500557f19c7884701d3a5c0a92d2862f4, with contract fixtures at
a4b1840412c1645e31671a2ce3115df029dc33c9. Provenance is recorded in
docs/PROVENANCE.md and in the header of each ported file.

The shadcn.io component catalog mirror in vendor/shadcn-io is third-party
reference material used for component discovery. shadcn.io is not affiliated
with shadcn/ui. See vendor/shadcn-io/README.md.

Design tokens and brand palettes are provided as examples. Brokerage names and
colors are trademarks of their respective owners; the shipped example brands
("Desert Bloom Realty", "Silver State Homes", "Lakeshore Properties") are
fictional and are not affiliated with any real brokerage.
